PJ is an illegal alien experiment created by Dr. Jumba holding the title as Experiment 133, and a cousin of Stitch. He is designed to play practical jokes on unsuspecting people. PJ also appears in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains as one among the experiments that became involved in the conflict between heroes and villains.
