P.E.A.C.E.

P.E.A.C.E., also known as the “Men without hats” is a security department that attempts to overthrow Black Hat Organization. They describe themselves as the "Anti-Villain Security Division" and seem to be the anonymous benefactors of most of the superheroes seen so far in the show.

Their secret page is where their agents communicate and upload the information, they’ve collected secretly within the Black Hat Organization. Even after the takeover of their page by Black Hat and the disappearance/elimination of 3 of their agents, messages are still being sent and the page is still standing by the two agents who have not yet been captured.
