Otto is a minor hero in the Disney's animated film, Robin Hood. A civilian of Nottingham, Otto is a blacksmith, working for King Richard. However, he is forced to live under the phony king of England, Prince John, when Richard goes missing, paying harshly taxes. Otto makes several cameo appearances in the villains tournaments, usually reacting horrified, in a dramatic and tragic event.
