Osmosis Jones is the title name character and primary protagonist of the movie of the same name. A killer bloody cell, Osmosis Jones is an agent of the Frank Police Department, devoted to help and defend the body of Frank Detorre at all cost. Yet, his stubborn attitude and rushed actions put Frank's life on a lethal scale, though he managed to save his life with the aid of his newfound buddy and partner Drix, and his future interest Leah, after the virus Thrax threatened him by taking over his DNA bead.
In the events of Heroes vs. Villains, Osmosis Jones is featured as an alien enforcer, rather than a bloody cell itself, and an agent of the Galactic Federation, fighting the forces of evil, along with his previous friends and newfound allies.
