Omar is the main protagonist of the animated movie Rock and Rule. The de facto leader of his own band and the first guitarist of the group, Omar seeks fame and popularity through his music, although it sometimes gets him in serious trouble as his reckless antics put his other companions, including Angel, in danger, eventually even becoming a pawn in Mok Swagger's designs. Although he recognized his previous mistakes and attempted to make amends, he still needs help from his friends as he faces more critical situations in Heroes vs. Villains War.

Omar and Angel where alone in a room together, until they spotted Sinbad, who only took his blade out, making Omar to attack him for threatening, until Sinbad punched Omar unconscious, while being knocked out, Sinbad reveals to be Eris who impersonated him and kidnapped Angel, when Omar woke up and sees no one here, Omar vows to find Angel again.
Meeting the real Sinbad[]
Omar, Dizzy and Stretch are out looking for Angel, until they bump into someone who Omar recognizes who he thought who attacked him, Sinbad, who was just scrolling around Ohmtown looking for some food and supplies for his crew, when Omar shout out to Sinbad wanting to give him a piece of his mind, confusing Sinbad which then turned into an arguement.
