Ogthar

Ogthar is a cruel warrior, who had a history of collecting the ruby sunstone, however his plan had failed leaving him impisoned in a tomb prison. He was later released by his minions Rhoga and Thudd. When he was freed, he found the diamond and his goal was cleared by creating a new dinosaur army in order to conquer Dinotopia and expands his empire. He is the main antagonist in the animated movie "Dinotopia Quest for the Ruby Sunstone" and a major player in the Heroes Vs Villains Tournament. He also plays an efficient role in the Non-Disney Villains Tournament. He has a strong hatred for furry creatures (Especially his enemy Balto) and Dinosaurs because he finds Dinotopia Primitive and isolated.

Assassination

Hired by Varrick, Ogthar teams up with fellow villain Marcus to eliminate Seth. When Seth summons a giant Saurophaganax with which to protect himself, Ogthar arms his personal mini-cannon and shoots the dinosaur in the head. He manages to kill the beast with one shot, while Marcus kills Seth himself.

Released from the Sarcophagus

After Ursula and Morgana captured Sinbad, Queen Grimhilde uses the Ruby Sunstone to release Ogthar from the sarcophagus, much to everyone's surprise.

Battle at the Queen Castle

Queen Grimhilde decided to sentence Sinbad to death by being beaten by Nessus until Freddie and his allies rescues him. Ogthar was seen in the battle, shooting an alligator named Louis. However, the heroes escaped!

Ogthar's Plan

After the heroes escaped, Ogthar decided that he need an army of dinosaurs. He even sent his old allies, Rhoga and Thudd, to bring Ogthar some dinosaur "things" (better known as eggs).

Non Disney Heroes Vs Villains War

Vs Littlefoot

Ogthar found two young dinosaurs, Littlefoot and Cera, arguing on who hold the Ruby Sunstone. He orders Rhoga and Thudd to go after them. But before they could catch them, they were stopped by Littlefoot's Mother. Ogthar uses his gun to shoot Littlefoot's Mother down and grabs the Ruby Sunstone.

New Allies

Ogthar brought new allies to Lord Maliss. They are Rothbart, Clavious, Zelda, Prince Froglip, and Queen Gnorga.

Ligth and Darkness War

He is friends with Jafar, ZigZag and Tzekel Kan because they Worked together as very loyal servants of Kylo Ren.

Vs Balto

Ogthar found the eggs from an Apatosaurus nest. But before he could grab them, Balto growls at him and angrily leaps into him and Bagheera defends the eggs. Charlie B. Barkin takes the ruby sunstone from Ogthar and runs away and Balto Yells "Watch Out, Charlie!" before Ogthar points the gun at him. Balto bites his hand to disarm and the humiliated Ogthar left and curses "I will get you, you flea bag! I'll get you for this! I will tell Kylo Ren to give me the ability to change into a T-Rex!". When Balto heard Ogthar calling him a flea bag he was Furious and starts Growling at him. Ogthar cowardly walks back into the cliff and falls.
