Vengeance and First Assault[]
After the assault of El Supremo and his submarine fleet on the kingdom of Atlantis, that results in the death of it's king, as well as it's various Atlantean citizens, the Ocean Master swears vengeance on the human world. He, then, leads a crew of Atlantean soldiers up to the surface, where he would start his campaign of taking over the world.
To that end, he sends his negotiator, the Black Manta, to Egypt, to negotiate with the Pharaoh Rameses, requesting him to surrender his kingdom to him. When Rameses refuses, the Ocean Master leads an all assault on the Egyptian empire, eventually meeting his foes on the other side of the river Nile. When the Egyptian soldiers get in close, the Ocean Master uses his channeling mystic powers to seperate the waters of the river, into two directions, creating an opening. Both of the armies advance to encounter their foes. However, just as the Egyptian soldiers get in closely to the Atlantean crew, the Ocean Master reveals his trump card, as he uses his mystic powers, to undo his previous action, sealing the waters of the river Nile, and sweeping away most of the Egyptian soldiers. The Atlantean soldiers, beneath the waters, then slaughter the drowning Egyptians, a horrified action seen in the surface by the Egyptian survivors.
Alliance with Eris[]

In the later events, the Ocean Master joins forces with Eris and Ares, on Mount Olympus, after learning of their success against Zeus, in hopes to establish more power and strenght.
