Nudar is the leader of a group naked alien scammers. He has a "sprunger" that can detect personal information with it engorges.
In "War of the Villains", Nudar supposidly offered an alliance with Cluster Prime's Queen, Vexus. However, Vexus refused on the count she knew it was a trick. Nudar took action by springing a mind-controlled Bender, who Vexus did away with by simply flipping him on his back, unable to get up. Meanwhile, Nudar took the throne of Cluster Prime (by simply crowning himself) and zapped Vexus with his laser gun. Vexus managed to survive, however, and made was appeared to be a retreat to Nudar, but was actually an explosive attack that killed him and his naked brethern.
