Nerissa is the "Big Bad" of the comic book, and the television series, W.I.T.C.H.. A former benevolent guardian of Kandrakar, Nerissa's corruption, and lust for power, led to the dissolution of the original group of guardians, and the beginning of her dark era. Since then, she plots in the shadows, while she also looks for potential members and allies to establish her power, eventually forming the Knights of Vengeance. She is a major player in the third Disney Villains War and the second Disney vs. Anime Villains War.
