Nathaniel is the comedic sidekick of Queen Narissa and the secondary antagonist and anti-villain in Disney's Enchanted. A hapless crony, Nathaniel is not particularly villainous, merely complying with whatever his master demands. He is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War.

Queen Narissa brings Nathaniel with her into the live-action universe. The two seek the Lament Configuration, an ancient puzzle box capable of helping them free Hordak. Once they discover the box, they encounter Lord Voldemort and Wormtail, both after it. Nathaniel faces down Wormtail. Though the sorcerer's magic proves intimidating, Nathaniel takes up a sword. Cowardly as ever, Wormtail transforms into a rat and flees. In the end, neither side acquires the puzzle box.

When Queen Narissa gets captured by the forces of the Kingpin, Nathaniel unleashes a troll into New York in order to free her. One of Kingpin's enforcers, the Hobgoblin, manages to kill the troll, but Nathaniel releases the Hydra into the fray as well. The Hobgoblin manages to defeat that monster as well, eventually opening fire upon Nathaniel and killing him.

- The great irony of the DVNDV battle between Nathaniel and Wormtail is that both characters are portrayed by the same actor, Timothy Spall.
