Mr. Grasping, Toplofty and O' Bloat are the primary antagonists of the Don Bluth's animated film An American Tail: the Treasure of Manhattan. Waul's alliance, telling to make their stand by aligning themselves with the criminal masterminds in order to expand their own enterprises. They were not seen in any fights or take part in any schemes as their members Brer Fox, Brer Bear, Grundel Toad and Berkeley Beetle were seen more often while they were absent.
