
Mr. Grasping, Toplofty and O' Bloat are the primary antagonists of the Don Bluth's animated movie An American Tail: the Treasure of Manhattan. A trio of corrupted and greedy mice, serving as an allusion for the meaning of capitalism, political power through brute force, and prejudice against racial stereotypes, including foreigners and the Indian tribe. They are minor players in Heroes vs. Villains.

Meowrice's Call
The businessman cat, Meowrice, summons the greedy mice, the French poodle, Madame Mousey, Brer Fox and Brer Bear, the dancer beetle, Berkeley Beetle and the toad, Grundel, to the rising power of Ratigan and Cat R. Waul as he explains to them that they will gain more gold, fame and territory against the heroes, if they stand on Ratigan's side.
