Mount Olympus is the highest mountain of Greece, particularly located in Thessaly. It is told that the mountain's peak appears as the resting place of Zeus, and the Olympian Gods, in ancient Greek mythology. The myth's concept has been adapted into various fictional works, including the Disney's animated film Hercules, where it appears as one of the primary locations.
Regarding the villain tournaments, Olympus is heavily featured in the storylines of the wars, with the Disney's version of the location, being used to represent it's existence. It is frequently threatened by various evil forces, throughout the villains wars' plotlines, including the scheming god Hades, and the powerful Titans. In spite of it's threats, Olympus is well-protected, as either Zeus, or Hercules, stand up to defend the realm of the gods, from the forces of evil. The God of War's version of the location also appears as one of the efficient locations of the Animated vs. Video Game Villains War. The DC's version of Mount Olympus appears as one of the minor locations in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War.
