Mesa City is a minor location in Sly Cooper franchise. It used to be a booming city located in Utah, but the town became deserted after Muggshot took it over and turned it into a gambling empire infested with criminals. Mesa City makes a minor appearance in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever. Sam and Max travel there to find a devious criminal who's been spotted there, and confront Muggshot instead.
