Mean Max (Also known as Mans, Monni and Mean Mike) is the main antagonist of swedish animated movie Peter No-Tail based on hit children's book series. He's a tough, arrogant bully who generally takes pleasure in pestering anyone who is different from him. He has two simple-minded crooks, Bill and Bull. Mean Max appears as a secondary player in Worst Villain Tournament Ever.
