The Mayor of Halloween Town is the high ranking official of Halloween Town who delights on the preparations and festivities of his hometown, although he is undecided to choose the Halloween's spirit without Jack Skellington's consent. He is known for his two expressive visages: one that shows a happy grin; and the other that displayes a sad and shocking face. First appearing as one of the supporting characters in the Tim Burton's stop motion animated film The Nightmare Before Christmans, and its resulted video game series, including the Kingdom Hearts series, the Mayor also appears in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains War, supporting Jack Skellington in his campaign to make a stand against the dark forces by joining forces with other heroic monsters as well.
