Maximillion Pegasus is one of the primary antagonists of the Yu-Gi-Oh animated franchise. The millionaire who designed the Duel Monsters game, Pegasus has the ability to read his enemy's minds. Pegasus is a secondary player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.

Almost Dead
Maximillion is waiting the war out in his fortress when he is attacked by the members of the Dark Hand, led by a possessed Valmont. In defense, Pegasus summons a cadre of monsters from his "Magical Toon World." The monsters easily beat back the various members of the Dark Hand, but Valmont does not fall so easily. He uses enough magical energy to wipe out the Toon World and severely injure Pegasus.
Not Dead Yet
Pegasus miraculously survives the battle and decides to take on an apprentice, Seth. He sends Seth after Stormella, whom Seth manages to kill.
