Maximillion Pegasus (Pegasus J. Crawford in the Japanese dub) is one of the primary antagonists of the Yu-Gi-Oh animated franchise. The millionaire who designed the Duel Monsters game, Pegasus has the ability to read his enemy's minds. Pegasus is a secondary player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.

Almost Dead[]
Maximillion is waiting the war out in his fortress when he is attacked by the members of the Dark Hand, led by a possessed Valmont. In defense, Pegasus summons a cadre of monsters from his "Magical Toon World." The monsters easily beat back the various members of the Dark Hand, but Valmont does not fall so easily. He uses enough magical energy to wipe out the Toon World and severely injure Pegasus.
Not Dead Yet[]
Pegasus miraculously survives the battle and decides to take on an apprentice, Seth. He sends Seth after Stormella, whom Seth manages to kill. Pegasus then forms a business alliance with Vlad Masters and Varrick. Schrödinger approaches them, on behalf of Millennium. Finding Nazism repulsive, Pegasus and co. kill the messenger.
At a Loss[]
Pegasus's strength takes a mighty blow when Seth is killed by a pair of assassins. Making matters worse, the Wicked Witch of the West arrives in Pegasus's lair, demanding his Millennium Eye. Pegasus tries to defend it, firing a beam from his eye in self defense. Unfortunately, the Witch's magic is far superior, and she tears the Eye from Pegasus's eye socket. She flees, content in her victory.

Using the information given to him by Naraku, Joker, accompanied by Scarecrow and Professor Moriarty, take advantage of the damage done by XANA to break into Xanatos’ vault and steal the Eye Of Odin from his private collection. However, they will have to contend with one of Xanatos's allies in order to do so. Is victory in the cards for them this time?
