Martin Brisby is an insane mouse turned scientist in a twisted experiment who played a minor role in the Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains war.
He is the main villain of the animated film The Secret of NIMH 2: Timmy to the Rescue.

Martin decides to take over NIMH by defeating Professor Ratigan. Martin arrives and challenges Ratigan to a fight. The criminal mastermind has other plans at the time. So he leaves in his blimp, but also sets of a deadly trap that kills Martin in a fiery explosion.
Non Disney Villains Tournament
Martin is a constant threat to the Brain's plans to take over NIMH. As a result, the Brain prepares a giant laser and shoots Martin. Martin does not survive.
