Mai participates in the defense of the Fire Nation against the forces of Dr. Drakken. She manages to bind Gorilla Fist with a well-placed throw of her stilettos, cutting a hanging wheel around Gorilla Fist. However, Senor Senior Senior knocks Mai and her friend, Ty Lee, into a river.
