Louie is a young boy and the main protagonist of We're Back! A Dinosaurs Story! who ran away from his home to join the circus but instead ended up encountering a group of intelligent dinosaurs. Louie has to fight against the forces of evil, along with his dinosaur friends and the girl named Cecilia, in order to survive the conflict in Heroes vs Villains War.
