La or Koizilla, or else known as the Ocean Spirit, is a secondary character in the Avatar franchise. A water spirit, serving the Nothern Water Tribe in North Pole, La seems to portray the role of guardian, protecting over the capital city of the tribe. She appears originally from the Siege of North chapter in Avatar: The Last Airbender. Though, La herself doesn't make a physical appearance in the villains tournaments, her water abilities are used by several villains, on purpose to eliminate La's true enemy in the original series, Admiral Zhao.

When Ursula corners Zhao into a wall, she summons two magical water hands, each of which resembling closely the water spirit of La, that strip off Zhao's humanity and take his soul into her neclace.
Non-Disney Villains Tournament
When a weakened Zhao is brought before Mrazomor, the Ice Emperor summons a powerful water spirit, resembling La, to grab the Fire Nation's admiral and drown him into the seas below.
