Thaddeus E. Klang is a ruthless hunter of treasure and weaponry. He has mechanical attatchments, giving him arms and a super powerful jaw, It has been speculated that Klang might be the Talespin-incarnation of Kaa.

Klang serves as the anthropomorphic vesion of the real snake, Kaa. After he is taken by Slithe, Kaa process a surgery stage, where he is upgraded to a human sized monster. Kaa, thus, changes his name, thus Klang is born.

Past History

He was a mercenary of Maleficent, having been offered a seat in the Villains Vale Council by Jafar, but refused the chair for fear of being picked off by the Marvel Villains in battle. Klang nonetheless accepted odd jobs from the Mistress of All Evil to help her obtain valuable artifacts needed to create the ceremony of opening the gates of Hell. When Maleficent and her forces were slain in the final battle, Klang went into hiding and struck out on his own to find the lost city of Tinabula.

Vs Sandman

Hired by Hammerhead, Sandman was sent to Klang's treasure hunting area, where he attempted to steal an artifact owned by Klang by any means. Sandman, however, was caught off guard by Klang, who activated the artifact which revelaed itself to be a powerful weapon. Designed in the appearence of two large scarab beetles, they shooke their shells, causing a massive sand storm that vanquished Sandman. After this, Klang resumed his business.

Vs General Ross

Not too long after defeating Sandman, Klang found the weapon he was looking for, and began to use it to wreack havok on nearby cities. This didn't go unnoticed by the American military General 'Thunderbolt' Ross, who ordered his troops into the desert to attack. However, Klang's weapon, a large bell that would fire massive soundwaves as projectile weapons when sounded, easily defeated Ross' forces, burying them in the sand of the dessert.
