King Sombra is a villain from the children's television series, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Little is known about Sombra aside from his overwhelming evil. He is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War. He is Nightmare Moon's ultimate form.

Discord brings King Sombra into Eris's faction. Sombra pairs with Queen Chrysalis to help defeat some of Echidna's children. During the battle, Sombra uses his magic horn to defeat the Chimera and Ladon. However, when the monstrous new form of Gaston enters the field, Sombra finds himself outclassed. Though he phases through a few of the Gaston-creature's fireballs, he eventually is disintegrated.
