Kamek (also known as Wizardheimer in the Super Mario World animated series) is a villainous magikoopa, and widely appears as Bowser's second-in-command next to Bowser Jr. in Mario games. His animated incarnation appears in Worst Hero And Villain War Ever, though working for Krusha.
