Kalabar is the former mayor of Halloweentown and the primary villain of the Disney film, Halloweentown. While a crafty and insidious villain in the original film, the Kalabar of the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War is an arrogant, minor player in way over his head.
Disney Vs Non Disney Villains - Part Two
Thinking he can monopolize upon Morgana le Fay's death, Kalabar tries to wrest control of the Morganians from Maxim Horvath. Horvath is only happy to let Kalabar take control, so long as he kills the Evil Genius first. Kalabar obliges Horvath, traveling to fight the Evil Genius. However, Kalabar vastly underestimates his opponent. The Evil Genius absorbs all of Kalabar's fire balls, causes Kalabar's wand to overload, and disintegrates him with little effort.
