Joe Chill

Joe Chill is a minor criminal of Gotham City, having been responsible for the death of Bruce Wayne's parents, resulting in the creation of Batman. A minor villain in the Batman's comics, and it's various adaptations, Joe Chill appears in the second round of the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War.

Non-Disney Vs DC Villains War

Joe Chill appears in the final, and only, fight of the second round of the war, being pursuited by Black Knight, as he stole something important to her. Joe attempts to gun her down, only the woman to disarm his foe. He then attempts to flee, not wanting to risk his life any further. In spite of his effort, Joe is helpless, as Black Knight destroys a section of the building's ceiling, above Joe, burying him in rumbles. Joe is left for dead.
