Jarvis Babbit is the main antagonist of ParaWorld video game. He's the chairman of SEAS. He is a brilliant scientist but also cold, deranged person with lust for power, especially he plans to take over the Parallel World, where dinosaurs still roam. He appears in Worst Villain Tournament Ever and it's successor Worst Hero And Villain War Ever.

Babbit meets a millionaire known as Julius Upton in 1957, who tells him about hidden technology that can be used to fuse animal parts with each other to create war machines. Babbit is immediately interested about it, leading to alliance between two men.
