Icicle Junior

Icicle Junior is an antagonist in the DC universe, first appearing in the All-American Comics #90 comic strip. A powerful super-villain, capable of conjuring ice out of thin water, and controlling water at will, Icicle Junior serves as the alias of various people, who adopted the villain's personality, particularly Joar Mahkent and Cameron Mahkent. He is involved in various crimes, whom he commited at sub-zero temperatures, while he is also assocatied with various villainour organizations, including the Injustice League, the Injustice Society, and the Secret-Society of Villains. He is also a minor player in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War, with the appearance taken from the Young Justice television series. By extension, he makes a brief non-canonical appearance in the second Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War.

Icicle Junior appears as a prisoner of Kent Mansley's super-prison, along with many other criminals and outlaws.

Non Disney Vs DC Villains War

At some point in time, prior to his imprisoment, Icicle Junior, and fellow partner Killer Frost, spreads chaos and disorder on Star City. Their reign of chaos came to end, when Remington Smisse arrived to stop them for good. Icicle Junior, not wanting to give up easily on the stranger's orders, reveals his lethal powers, by conjuring ice, through his hand. However, Smisse guns down Junior, severly injuring him. Upon recovering, Junior witness Killer Frost's defeat and hastily summons an icy wave of water, as a defense shield. Nevertheless, Smisse destroys the shield, proceeding to shoot Junior down, defeating him.

In the present events, Icicle Junior is held at the facility of Belle Reve, along with many other prisoners, including the new arrival, Zartan, as he fights with his other cell mates in order to survive to his new enviroment.
