Hou-Ting is the fifty-third and final monarch of the Earth Kingdom and a major antagonist in the third series of The Legend of Korra. A tyrannical ruler who exploited her subjects with a hatred for the Avatar, later kidnapping the Korra, the current bearer of the title. She is later assassinated by Zaheer, creating a power vacuum that would eventually lead to the rise of the corrupt Earth Empire. She plays a supporting role in Non-Disney Villains Tournament and Villains War: The Age of Animation
