Hogarth Hughes is the secondary protagonist of the animated movie, The Iron Giant. A young intelligent boy, yet an unsociable to his closest people, Hogart Hughes is the first person to discover the Iron Giant, a massive giant robot, which was supposed to bring destruction and mayhem. He acts as a tutor to the robot's feelings, explaining to him the balance between good and evil. Though, he manages to outwit the authorities, led by Kent Mansley and General Rogard, Hogarth has yet enough experience to deal with powerfull foes, like Emperor Zurg, in Heroes vs. Villains War.
