HiTech is an humanoid arthropod alien and Lord Dregg's right hand in the night season of the 1987 series, "Teengae Mutant Ninja Turtles". A heavily armed alien, with advanced technology and weaponory. HiTech is briefly featured in the third part of Disney vs. Non Disney Villains War.
