Henry Van Statten is the secondary antagonist of the Doctor Who episode "Dalek", he is the arrogant owner of the internet who becomes under threat after obtaining a Dalek.

Seeking to become a member of Veidt’s alliance, the owner of the internet, Henry Van Statten, talks with General Zaroff, who refuses the offer, citing Henry’s extremely arrogant and self-centered personality. Angered by his rejection, Henry instead makes a deal with Norman Osborn and joins the Joker’s alliance.
At Oscorp, Norman Osborn shows Henry Van Statten their ace in the hole against Adrian Veidt - the Goblin serum, which transforms Norman into the murderous Green Goblin.
