Hannibal Lecter is the secondary antagonist of the Academy Award winning film, The Silence of the Lambs, and all its various sequels and prequels. Often considered the greatest movie villain of all time, Hannibal Lecter is both a brilliant psychologist and a cannibal. Lecter is a secondary player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.

Kept in prison, Lecter waits out most of the war. He ends up being approached by Norman Stansfield, a corrupt cop hunting down Jim Moriarty. Lecter offers information on Moriarty, in exchange for a dangerous alliance. In a meeting with Stansfield's other allies - Sylar and Chase Collins - Lecter takes the opportunity to mock their formality.
That Horrible Woman[]
Hannibal soon encountersIrene Adler, a female associate of Stansfield whom Lecter has met before. Lecter grows eerily suspicious of Adler, thinking that the woman is not who she claims to be. Hannibal approaches Adler, recognizing that she is actually Jim Moriarty in disguise. Right before Lecter can kill the disguised crime lord, Stansfield shoots him in the back, having been won over by Moriarty's feminine charm. Lecter falls over, dead.
New Life[]
But all is not over for Hannibal the Cannibal. Tony the Talking Clock appears and winds back Lecter's internal clock, not only restoring Hannibal Lecter to life but making him young again.
