Gungnir is an ancient magical spear, forged by the crystalline power of Atlantis. Featured from the Direct-to-video Atlantis: Milo's Return, Gungnir has been originally created for the purpose to secure Atlantis' safety, although it has be repurposed by the villain, Erik Hellstorm, to serve him in his quest for "world's cleansing", and also to summon the Chaos Lords of Fire and Ice. Gungnir appears also in the villains tournaments, whenever Erik Hellstorm is involved in any war.
