Grimsby is a supporting figure in the Disney animated movie, The Little Mermaid, and its subsequent appearances. In spite his age, Grimsby is a confident and sophisticated person to his surroundings. He appears as Prince Eric's confidant and caretaker, guiding the Danish prince into his path of choosing a bride and companion, which he eventually finds in Ariel. He is briefly featured in both Disney Heroes vs. Villains War and Heroes vs. Villains War, assisting his master in his battles against the villains, although being defeated in quick succession by other powerful enemies.
