General Tesler is one of the top generals of the program Clu and the main antagonist in the animated series fiction TV series of "Tron" franchise "Tron: Uprising". He is an arrogant and dangerous program who likes to punish his traitors by crushing them with his arms-canons or generating a powerfull electric charge, which it can derez programs. He is a major player in the Disney Villains War - Part 3.
