Fukushima is a minor antagonist in the Disney animated television series, Kim Possible, as well as the secondary antagonist in Kim Possible Season 2's "Exchange". He is a minor player in the second Disney Vs Non Disney Villains War.
Disney Vs Non Disney Villains - Part Two[]
Monkey Fist requests that Fukushima help him spy on Fire Nation activity; Fukushima accepts. The two make their way to the main army camp but encounter the lethal firebending assassin, Combustion Man. Fukushima takes up a staff to take the killer out, but Combustion Man summons one of his signature explosions to shatter the weapon. Fukushima then sends a column of ice onto Combustion Man's head, but he survives. Fukushima briefly disorients his opponent by striking his third eye, yet even this fails to stop Combustion Man. Combustion Man blasts Fukushima with an earth-shattering force and then traps him to the ground with icicles.
He later returns in the Battle of New York, but Hun cuts him and his staff down before he can do anything useful.
