The French Magistrate is an offscreen character, mentioned in the animated television series, The Legend of Tarzan. Though physically doesn't appear in the series, the Magistrate is impresonated by various characters, including Renard Dumont, on purpose to trick the lieutenant colonel, Staquait. The impresonation of the character appears briefly in the events of the second part of Disney vs. Anime Villains War.

The French Magistrate is one of Envy's disguises, featured in this part of the war. After he learned of Kimblee's execution by the hands of Staquait, Envy takes the form of the French Magistrate and stops the execution, while demanding Kimblee's release from Staquait's prison. After Kimblee's release, the French Magistrate reveals himself to Kimblee, as he is the Homunculus, Envy. The French Magistrate is not featured nor mentioned in the later stages of the war.
