The French Civilians are minor characters in the Disney's animated feature, The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. A majority of kind and gentle people, living in Paris, formely threatened by Judge Claude Frollo, the Civilians have initially, indirectly, hurt Quasimodo's feelings, but make amends and support the main heroes, in overthrowing Frollo from his ranks. The Civilians make several appearances in the villains tournaments.
