Francis
Francis, not to be confused with the bulldog from Oliver & Company, is an intelligent cat, formely owned by an archaelogist and part-time writer Gustav Löbel. When he became the witness of an animal's remains, Francis started his investigation about the causes of the crimes commited in his neighborhood. He also leads his own assembly of animal heroes on purpose to stop anyone who would harm both people and animals, and cooperate with the other animals as well.
He also appears as one of the prominent leaders of the animal heroes, during the events of Heroes vs. Villains, leading the Cats and Dogs into their battles against the villains, particularly against the Animal Cruelty Squad's members, led by Cruella De Ville.
