Flattop Jones is the secondary antagonist of the Warren Beatty's film Dick Tracy, based on the Chester Gould's famed 1931 comic strip. The top and deadly hit-man of Big Boy Caprice, Flattop Jones's features consisted of a large head that is perfectly flat on the top (hence his name). He is a bit player in the second Disney Heroes vs. Villains, assisting his master in the scheme of underworld takeover.
