The Separatists are an extension of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, the predecessor to the Galactic Empire and the supporting antagonists of the prequel trilogy of the Star Wars franchise. Formed by Count Dooku and consisting of upper class leaders who share the same common goal of opposing the Galactic Republic. After participating in the Clone Wars, most of the leaders were slain by Anakin Skywalker after relocating to the planet of Mustafar. They play supporting roles in the third round of Disney Villains War and Non-Disney Villains Tournament.
