Superman (Clark Kent)

Kal-El, also known by his adoptive name Clark Kent or as the hero Superman, is a DC superhero first appearing in Action Comics #1. Superman is viewed by many as the first true superhero in modern media, and has appeared in many TV series and films, most notably the series of films beginning in 1978, starring Christopher Reeve in the title role.

An alien from the planet Krypton, Kal-El's father Jor-El discovered that his race's home planet had become unstable and would soon explode. When his warnings were ignored by the Kryptonian government, Jor-El and his wife decided to save their infant son by sending him into space in a rocket, too small to carry any adults or other passengers. Landing on Earth near Smallville, Kansas, Kal was adopted by the farming couple Jonathan and Martha Kent and raised as their son, Clark. As an adult, he moved to the city of Metropolis, becoming a newspaper reporter at the Daily Planet, while also becoming the hero Superman. He appears in the Non-Disney vs. DC Villains War, with the DC Universe Animated Original Movies version of the character being heavily featured in the tournament. He is also set to appear in Disney vs. Comics in his original heroic version, being one of the most powerful heroes among the forces of good.

Annihilator of an Armanda[]

Kal-El appears as the ally of Darkseid. Following his partner's fight with Flogg and his mutant army, Kal-El decides to take action in the war. On Darkseid's request, he sets off to deal with Zygon and his armanda, fearing that he would be a potential threat in their plans. Kal-El leads his galactic troops into Zygon's compound, promoting him to defend himself. After a short fight, Kael and his army manage to breach through their ranks, destroying most of Zygon's droids and henchmen. When he encounters Zygon, Kal-El easily hacks him up to pieces, before annihilating Zygon's compound, destroying the armanda completely.

After the end of the battle, Kal-El returns to Darkseid's headquarters, reporting his ally about his victory. Darkseid awards him for a new mission, assigned for him.
