- Royal Flush Gang (The members of the Royal Flush Gang were subjects of metahuman research. The Joker freed them from a government facility and formed the group. Dressed up as playing cards, the Royal Flush Gang did Joker's bidding but got killed or defeated by Shego and The Fearsome Four.)
- Two-Face aka Harvey Dent (former head of the District Attorney's office at Gotham City turned to Crime lord, Partner of The Joker with The Penguin, Leader of his Gang and Chef Lieutenant.)

- Riddler aka Edward Nygma (a former Software engineer at Competitron turned to Supervillain and Chef Lieutenant.)
- The Penguin aka Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot (Crime lord, Owner of the Iceberg Lounge, Partner of The Joker with Two-Face,Leader of his Gang and Chef Lieutenant but shortly after his Defeat against Pete, Mr. Winkie and his Weasels he was subsequently hypnotized by Dracula to become his servant and to joined The Legion of Doom.)
- Jay, Raven and Lark (They waitresses at the Iceberg Lounge and Penguin's personal bodyguards only Jay and Raven appear they tried to defeat Mr. Winkie but he knocked Jay out Raven was probably knocked out offsceen and they both got kidnapped alongside with their boss by Pete but fate unknown.)
- Killer Croc aka Waylon Jones (A former Sideshow attraction and Wrestler turned to Supervillain and Chef Lieutenant and also Member of Gorilla Grodd's Alliance.)
- Poison Ivy aka Pamela Isley (a former Research chemist at Chez Gerard turned to a Eco-terrorist and Supervillain, former Chef Lieutenant of The Joker, hired by Pete shortly after Harley joined Forces with his's and Negaduck's Alliance and after giving him some information about The Joker.)
- Catwoman aka Selina Kyle (a activist at day and a thief by night and chef lieutenant (although The Joker doesn't trust her much.)
- Joe Chill (a former Hitman for Lew Moxon turned and is a minor criminal of Gotham City, having been responsible for the death of Bruce Wayne's parents, resulting in the creation of Batman, Chef Lieutenant but got killed by Pete) (Julius).
