SEELE is a mysterious organization from anime Neon Genesis Evangelion and it's remake movies. Apparently, they and their leader Keel Lorenz pull the strings of NERV and Evangelion project. They seek to complete Human Instrumentality, and most members communicate with giant monolith-like structures.
Below SEELE is Human Instrumentality Committee, which includes Gendo Ikari, Keel Lorenz and several unnamed officials. Both organizations appear discussing events of the wars of Worst Villain Tournament Ever and Worst Hero And Villain War Ever, in the version of Manuel Lobato Humanes Version this faction was known as the New World Order.
