Army-Dillo

Army-Dillo is one of the minor antagonists in the Donkey Kong video game franchise, making his only appearance in Donkey Kong 64. He has two fireball cannons attatched to his mechanical body, and can roll around to squash enemies. Unfortenately, he rolls VERY slowly.

War of the Villains[]

In "War of the Villains", Army-Dillo showed up late at night to fight PsyCrow and The Professor. As he unveiled his giant cannons, The Professor began to doubt himself until getting a word of confidents from his monkey. The Battle Bug fired onto Army-Dillo, whose cannons began to short-circuit, giving him an electric shock. Not wanting to go down without a fight, Army-Dillo fired his fireball cannons rapidly at The Battle Bug. His attempts lead him to his undoing, however, as the cannons ran out of ammo, began to break down, and ultimately dismound from Army-Dillo's body via explosion. Knowing he was defenseless, Army-Dillo made a cowardly retreat.

Video Game Villains War[]

Initial Defeat[]

When King K. Rool is forced into battle against Baron Dante, he decides to have Army-Dillo do the fighting for him. Dillo manages to hit Dante once, but he is quickly put out of commission upon being hit with one of Dante's fireballs. His armor malfunctions, forcing him to retreat. K. Rool manages to finish off Dante.

Death[]

Army-Dillo is rebuilt in order to aid Erol and join the Boss Brigade. In the battle royale against the Fiendish Five, Army-Dillo, now upgraded with a jetpack, manages to gun down Muggshot. He tries to kill the Panda King with a missile, only for the bear to bounce it into Bowser Jr.'s mech. Army-Dillo himself is unprepared for the Panda King's attack, as the bear soon destroys his armor completely with a firework rocket, killing Army-Dillo once and for all.
