Crystal Gems are the main heroes of the Cartoon Network's television series Steven Universe. Often referred as the Rebels, the Crystal Gems are a group of Gems established by Rose Quartz to defend Earth from invaders, unlike the rest of their kind, who exploited the planet to their own benefit. Currently led by Garnet, the Crystal Gems appear in the second Heroes vs. Villains as one of the prominent heroic factions who contribute their effort to stop the villain alliance.
