Palace of Justice

The Palace of Justice is a location in the film, The Hunchback of Notre-Dame, and it's sequel, The Hunchback of Notre Dame II. Originally used, In the first flim, by Frollo, who uses the location to bring criminals or smuggled gypsies, ready to be tortured, the Palace of Justice is retaken, in the second film, by Phoebus, who uses the Palace of Justice as more of a prison, as show when Madellanie was brought here after she was arrested.

In the villains wars context, the Palace of Justice is mostly controlled by Frollo, with a minor and brief exception in the third Disney vs. Non-Disney Villains War, being briefly controlled by Alexander Anderson.
