Q is a major antagonist in the science fiction television series, Star Trek: The Next Generation. A near-godlike being, Q thrives on judging and manipulating others. Q is a minor player in the Non Disney Villains Tournament.

Arguing with the Judge[]
Q appears before Gul Dukat, an arrogant space commander whom Q views as needlessly violent. He tries Dukat's entire race via Dukat, but Dukat manages to provide a rather solid defense for his actions. Q departs, but he promises Dukat that greater challenges are to come.
Playing Fair[]
Q teleports Dukat to a Dominion planet, hoping to test the commander further. He struggles to come up with an adequate test, ending up interrupted by the arrival of a Kull Warrior. Q watches the warrior annihilate Dukat's men; in the interest of fairness, he sets up a force field around the monster, allowing Dukat the opportunity to escape.
