Fernald (alias: "The Hook-Handed Man") is a member of Count Olaf's theatre troupe and a secondary antagonist in Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events series. A former apprentice for an marine research center, he became an associate of Olaf after he was framed for the immolation of his former workplace.
